Michael Kind

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Michael Kind received his Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies in 2008 from a rabbinical college in Morristown, New Jersey. Michael went to law school in 2012. While in law school, Michael moved to Las Vegas, and interned with the Clark County Public Defender’s office.

In 2015, Michael graduated from Cornell Law School as a Pro Bono Scholar with a concentration in Advocacy. Before founding Kind Law, Michael was the managing attorney for the Nevada office of a multi-state consumer protection law firm.

Michael is passionate about his clients’ interests and does not give up until he is able to achieve the very best result possible in each one of his cases. Michael has successfully advocated for clients who have been injured by large corporations, including casinos, insurance companies, credit card companies, banks, credit unions, mortgage companies, payday lenders, car dealerships, mechanics, and other similar entities.

Michael believes that every person is unique and every legal issue is different. He loves to help ordinary people and fights hard for victims of unfair business practices.
