Licensed in Nevada and Oregon, Matthew was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina. He received his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, in 2017 where he studied Integrated Marketing Communication.
Matthew later moved to Oregon and obtained his Juris Doctor at the University of Oregon, School of Law in 2022. While attending law school, Matthew interned with Seafood Harvesters of America, a nonprofit organization based out of Washington, DC, focused on preserving coastal communities and promoting sustainable fisheries.
A first-generation lawyer, Matthew joined Kind Law in 2022 and has since dedicated his work to helping consumers fight unfair business practices.
