Jay I. Brody

Jay I. Brody received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 2009 from Yeshiva University, and his Law Degree in 2013 from Cardozo Law School. While in law school, Jay interned with the Department of Justice, New York Department of Financial Services, and New York District Attorney’s Office.

Before joining Kind Law, Jay served as a law clerk for the Superior Courts of Connecticut and the Supreme Court of Israel. He has extensive experience representing consumers in class actions, asserting claims for illegal gambling, deceptive practices, product mislabeling, automotive defects, data breach and employment misconduct. He also represented financial institutions and collection agencies against FDCPA and FCRA related claims.

Jay empowers consumers to stand against powerful interests by combining deep expertise in state and federal protection laws with a compassionate, client-first approach. Whether in court or arbitration, he transforms complex legal challenges into meaningful victories for those harmed by corporate overreach.
