What happened?

IM Academy allegedly made misleading statements to persuade people to join its program. It is also believed to have failed to disclose important information, such as the fact that many members do not earn a substantial return, that authorities worldwide are investigating the IM Academy for alleged unlawful trade practices, and that some have accused the IM Academy of running a pyramid scheme. If proven to be true, these practices may violate Nevada’s Deceptive Trade Practices statute and similar statutes in other states.

How much will this cost me?

We will never charge you anything out-of-pocket. If you qualify and we resolve your case, we will only be paid once we win or settle.

How do I know if I qualify?

First, click “sign up” to review the case questionnaire. You will then review and sign a representation agreement. Our legal team will review and accept your submission before we take any action on your case. After we notify you that we have accepted your case, please check your email periodically for updates. We will touch base with you at least once a month as long as your case is open.

After your case is accepted, our attorneys will take actions on your case and begin litigating on your behalf. We will let you know if we need any additional information to move your case forward. We will keep you updated on your case periodically, at least once a month.

What is a mass arbitration?

Unlike a court proceeding, an arbitration case is generally conducted in private before an arbitrator and not a jury.
